About The Competition

Imagine a competition that mixes the best elements of The Apprentice, Dragons Den and Australian Idol then combines it with the educational philosophy of Masterchef.

Business Icon® is a competition geared towards young professionals between the ages of 18 and 25. It runs for an intense seven day period in each state, during which competitors complete four carefully designed business and social tasks which require them to think outside the box and to stand out.

Competitors have the opportunity to test and develop their creativity and innovative problem solving abilities along with teamwork and leadership capabilities. The pressure teaches them to build resilience. All this whilst solving business problems in an ethical and socially responsible way.
